When a meteor falls to earth and strikes New York at it's heart, Manhatten, the entire city is in uproar, but before it could be investigated or even seen, the meteor was gone. But now, in a time when mutants have been extinct in over ten years, something is going wrong, and powers are beginning to surface again, but what's the connection between those who are suddenly gifted? Why them?

In a society of change fearing people, who don't understand anything out of the ordinary, those affected have to hide their powers, and learn to control them. But when the American Government launches an investigation into what happened, things begin to desend into even more chaos. What happened to the meteor, is the Government behind it? Now as rumours begin to flood the streets of these certain 'gifted' individuals, their powers are becoming even harder to hide, and some, have even had to resort to the only option left to get away from the Government which now hunts them. They have to fight.

Daisy Knight, the savior of the world ten years previous, made sure that the world, forgot who she was. Now, as everything begins to go into chaos, Daisy, now a mother and wife, finds she must walk the earth again, as a Hero, and lead the New mutants, but when she too begins to exibit powers ten years after what happened, she too, becomes hunted.
[align=center] And now, as these 'gifted's begin to realise their powers, their fight, has only just begun... and the City of Dreams, has become the City of the Hunted[/align]
