Name: Delilah Viviette Von Brandt
Age/Grade:16/Junior
Gender:female
Sexual Orientation: bisexual [yep she gets a bit of both ]
Talent: art
Look-a-Like: Shiri Appelby
Personality:
Delilah, Lilah or to her family and friends, is a sweet and kind girl. She is one of those girls who is always there when a friend needs her. She is loyal and trust worthy. She is also one her friends typically confide in and ask for advice. Many times she has even been stuck in the middle in fights between her friends. All around she is a good friend as long as you don’t do something to lose her trust.
Lilah is an extremely shy girl. She has trouble going up and talking to people she doesn’t know even if it is just a cashier at a McDonalds. She has issues going up to do speeches or just standing in any sort of lime-light. Lilah is also very insecure. She typically wears jeans and t-shirts because otherwise she is always afraid that people will point and laugh at how silly she looks.
She can be very ill-tempered when bothered with annoying things such as stupidity, little noises that are irritating, and when things, such as an art piece she is working on, go wrong. When she cracks she really cracks. She has a tendency to build of temper and when the little things happen then the bottled anger becomes uncorked and no one wants to be anywhere near her then.
She is also a bit lazy and a dreamer. She tends to put off things till the last minute, but that usually works better because she finds she works better under pressure on certain things. She also daydreams about ‘what if’ kind of things. The things she daydreams are typically things she wants to do, but being that she is shy and insecure she usually doesn’t fulfill her desires.

Delilah has never liked the way she looked. She is 5’5”, has brown eyes, and is slender. She always considers herself to have a boyish figure. She has always felt plain and boring and sometimes even ugly. She never was all dolled up like other girls; no fancy wardrobe, not a lot of makeup, little jewelry, and plain hair. Once in a blue moon when she goes somewhere, she will glam up a bit, but nothing big. She just never felt like going all out. Maybe it was her lazy habits or maybe the fact that she never saw the point. She felt that even if she dressed up she would look like an idiot.
She never was the kind to go all out in her wardrobe, just wore what was comfortable. Tees, jeans, tanks, jackets, sweaters, sleeved shirts, all a bit plain. She never wore eye-popping or flirty clothes. She only had a few skirts and most of them were ankle length. Her mom always tried getting her to dress flashier, but Lilah never felt the need.
Delilah’s hair is simple, straight and brown. Nothing fancy at all. Once in a while she will put it in a tail or put a few clips in, sometimes even a headband. The main reason she didn’t like messing with her hair is because it never wanted to do what she wanted and when it did it would fall out within a couple hours. She has always wanted to add highlights or do something fancy with it, but her mom always said it would damage her beautiful hair. Lilah would always roll her eyes at this and ask what was so beautiful about it.
History:
Delilah was born in a small hospital in a town called Bolivar located in the show me state, Missouri or misery as Lilah refers to it. At a couple months old her parents moved to Rancho Cordova, California, but moved back to Missouri after a couple months. At the age of 1 year and 11 months exact, Lilah got a little brother, Damien Theodore Von Brandt. Her and her family moved around a lot within the state till the age of 4 when her mother took her and her brother to California to live with her mother, Delilah’s Grandma Lois.
From then on Lilah’s life began to fall. Her mother got engaged to a rude man named Greg that Lilah and Damien did not like at all. The two never did get married. They broke up when Lilah was 7 and was living with her dad for a year. When she returned to live with her mother her mom got married to a drunk named Michael Brown. The two stayed married for 4 years. After the divorce Lilah’s mother moved in with a man she had been having an affair with while still married. The new man, Luis, was lazy beyond belief. Lilah cooked and washed dishes while her mother attended a community college.
During the time her mother with Luis, Lilah was going through troubles in her school life. She was attending her tenth school. Luckily she had run into a friend from an old school that oddly happened to move and go to that school too, but Lilah’s happiness about seeing this old friend, Michelle who know went by the name of Gwen, was short lived. Her friend was a good friend in the sense that she protected Lilah from others, but she was also controlling and a bit of a bitch. Gwen dated a boy she didn’t like, but knew Lilah did and she also took advantage of the crush Lilah had on her.
Lilah was twelve when she realized she was bisexual and of all people she had a crush on it was Gwen. Gwen had admitted she was bi almost a half a year before Lilah learned she herself was bi too. During the summer between 7th and 8th grade Gwen convinced Lilah to do something Lilah had never imagined she would ever do. Lilah went down on Gwen. Gwen convinced her to do it again, but this time with black mail. Lilah didn’t want her parents to know and Gwen used it against her.
Luckily a few months later Gwen moved away, but not long after that her mother kicked her out and forced her to live with her father. The reasoning, Lilah didn’t like her Mom’s latest boyfriend Mathew. Lilah then lost 70 friends, but at least she lived with a parent that cared about her.
As time went on she attended more and more schools, had more friends that were over-powering, attended schools were no one liked her, her self-confidence hit an all time low, and she got more into reading and art. At the end of her sophomore year, Lilah earned herself a scholarship to Jasper Johns Academy for the Arts in Atlanta, Georgia. Lilah just wonders if this will actually turn out as good as she hopes.

~From a Harry Potter marauder era site~
Andromeda walked slowly, shaking, and barely able to walk straight. The shock of the ball had still not worn off. Her mind was in a dizzied state, still working out what had happened. The night had started out so magical. She had met a wonderfully sweet guy in a costume that oddly enough matched hers. They talked, smiled, he gave her some delicious cheesecake, and then they danced. The dance, Meda thought dreamily. That dance, even though it lasted shortly, was the best moment of her entire life. The rush of feelings, the urge to kiss him, the feeling of magic; so wonderful; but of course this magic did not last long. Bellatrix, one of Meda’s cruel sisters, had interrupted the joyful time by ripping off Meda mask and the boy’s eye patch and scarf. This ruined everything. The boy turned out to be a boy named Ted Tonks, a muggleborn. Meda had no issue with his blood status, but her sisters did. Next thing she knew both her sisters and Lucius were all claiming she had betrayed her blood. A bloodtraitor her sister Cissy called her. Then Sirius stormed up in a fury, soon followed by his brother but with a look more like Cissy and Bella. Regulus secretly told her to go to the dungeon and meet him at midnight and now here she was in the dungeon, only a minute or so before midnight.
She let out a disappointed sigh when she saw he was not there yet. She had hoped he would be for when she was alone her mind would try thinking of the ball and that only hurt more; with Regulus there she would probably think less of the hurt and just on what to do next and that was better by far. Tears began to form in her eyes as she leaned against a wall. Everything had gone so wrong. Her life shattered in mere seconds. Her family practically turning their backs on her, except for of course the few her weren’t prejudice gits. Meda’s body slid down into a sitting position as tears began to fall down her cheeks. Everything she had was now gone. No more mother, no more father, no sisters, her family gone; only Sirius and Regulus to ever talk to and she knew Regulus was going to be there for her less. He was still within the grasp of the others in her family and he wasn’t leaving. Sirius on the other hand was dubbed a bloodtraitor like her. He would understand her predicament a bit, but not fully. He didn’t have to bee a Slytherin. The Slytherins were surely not going to allow her in the common room and even if they did she would not be able to sleep for fearing one of them would kill her in her sleep. That would probably be something Regulus would understand being he was a Slytherin himself, but still he had no idea what it was like to be shunned.
Meda punched the ground in anger as she let out a furious sob. Why her? Why her of all people? First she was born a Black, then sorted into Slytherin, and now shunned from practically all she had. Meda prayed no one would show up while she was like this, except of course Regulus, but she was even afraid for him to see her like this. She probably looked pathetic, utterly pathetic. Meda tried to hold back her tears. He would show any moment and she didn’t want to be caught crying. She wiped the tears still on her face with her shaky arms. Her arms seemed to shake more a she tried to keep from crying. She wrapped them over her arms, hugging herself as she sat. Her body trembled completely with anger and sadness. Anger at what happened, her sisters, what it all resulted in, but with the anger came equal sadness of all these things. Over and over in her mind, Meda asked herself oone word ’Why?’.
